Cindy Audiguier is an Economist in the Economic Research Department at the Institute of International Finance (IIF) where she is currently responsible for coverage of Algeria, Tunisia, Côte d’Ivoire, Tanzania and Zambia. Before joining the IIF, she worked at the World Bank based in Washington, DC in the Economic Policy unit in charge of macroeconomic analysis, policy research and various lending operations in Brazil. Prior to this, she worked in the Middle East and North Africa Department of the World Bank and at the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund. Previously, she completed an internship within the Center for Global Development.
Cindy holds a Masters in Development Economics from the Centre for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI, France), and a Bachelors in Economics from University of Toulouse I. She lived in France and a year in England before moving to Washington, D.C in 2009.
